The last tour that I was on a bike with clients was 20 months ago, so it was a frantic rush to remember how to do what we do this past few days. 44|5 had two young clients from Vermont come in and ride with us for 3 days, before moving on to the Alps and the Loire Valley to meet family. For those of you who are contemplating coming over but not sure about all the red tape, here is proof that it can be done! All they needed was to be vaccinated and have a PCR test before flying. No quarantine foolishness.

John and I did alright, but their airline didn’t deliver a couple of bags…not everyone is back in the swing just yet. But the bags showed up and, despite the hot days, it was glorious to get back to what we love doing.
