In lieu of personal cycling news (I’m seeing a ‘Kiné’ now, but I refuse to bore you with the details…for now) I’d like to present you Cycling Languedoc’s 2nd official video, made, again, by the only CL employee who is allowed to ride at the moment – John. But phooey, I didn’t realize you are forbidden to ride, did I miss something? Will no one give you the shots…..?
Well…since you asked! No, the sports doc insists I do 15 sessions of physio before sticking a needle in me. I’m going t start back on the bike lightly soon, though.
John – great video and I particularly liked the observational commentary. Well done, and given the guys around you in the race, you were keeping up with some pretty good company.
