But phooey, I didn’t realize you are forbidden to ride, did I miss something? Will no one give you the shots…..?
Well…since you asked! No, the sports doc insists I do 15 sessions of physio before sticking a needle in me. I’m going t start back on the bike lightly soon, though.
John – great video and I particularly liked the observational commentary. Well done, and given the guys around you in the race, you were keeping up with some pretty good company.
