Given my fitness at the moment, this new Hour Record made me think there’s still hope for….although my balance is going with age, too. Davide Formolo and Maria Vittoria Sperotto both went under 1000 meters in the effort. This is about the speed I walk from the bedroom to the bathroom in the morning, but is impressively on a bike.

I’m not seeing a link or anything but I infer that this was a “slow race.” Yes? (Common bike handling exercise.)

It’s seems you’re not the only one. You’ll just have to imagine two people riding their bikes extremely slowly for an hour. It’s about as fun as actually watching it!
My friend Dropscone had viewed the video, or at least as much of it as he could take. He thought that it demonstrated great skill.
