Some of you might not know that the cycling world’s worst-kept secret is going to be revealed in two days. Yep, the 2014 Tour de France route announcement is taking place, as it always does, at the Palais de Congrès in Paris this Wednesday. I can’t find a time, but it is usually around 11 am local time.
Most of the route is widely known already, at least for those who are geek enough to search out the rumors (guilty as charged). What is officially known is the Grand Départ – in Yorkshire, England.
To see your favorite riders dressed in something other than lycra, brush up on your French, and watch that cool fly-over video they always have, visit the Tour de France site Wednesday morning.
