I’m not exactly sure if this is case, since both are kind of overlapping timewise, but I am going to guess that the exercises that my Ostéo/Kiné have given me to do are working better on my knee than the PRP shots that I had a couple of months ago. I’m kind of hoping it’s both, since the shots cost a lot more.
In any event, the meniscus pain has reduced dramatically and I don’t really feel it at all on the bike, at least not yet. This is excellent news for my retirement since I might now be able to continue my business till then, not to mention my renewed optimism for this coming season. The Race Across Switzerland that I’m signed up for remains a very big ‘?’, however.
The amazing this is that I’ve only been doing 4 strengthening exercises, including this bad boy:
I’m not quite as deep as this guy and I can really only do this correctly on my good leg, but I’m trying with both and hoping nothing buckles.

I have an almost religious faith in exercises, and they are free too. Keep going.
I’m quickly changing my religion, too. Thanks.
