You’ll notice that I’ve been producing blog posts at an alarming rate these days. Don’t fret, it won’t last – I’m just not really working much at the moment.
I reported a few days ago that I weighed an impressive 74 kg (163 lb). After no beer (but some red wine), not many sweets, and 9.5 hours on the bike this week (so far), I stepped on the scales to find that I’m exactly 73 kg (161 lb) today.
My goal was to lose a kilogram a month till the fat-burning machine revved up (then a kg every 3 weeks), so I’m a little ahead of schedule. Maybe the machine was already primed, or maybe I just have a kg less of water in the body this morning. Either way, it’s better than the opposite.
Good job Gerry, keep it up. “some red wine” shouldn’t be a problem…
