Since I’ve started putting up route maps to major cycling races, I guess I should continue (especially since I haven’t been anywhere new on the bike lately…). The Tour de Suisse is yet another ‘warm up’ for cyclists getting ready for Le Tour next month. It starts June 12th.
If you can’t wait that long then have no fear, the Dauphiné Libéré begins tomorrow, with Alberto Contador probably pedal-dancing his way to victory. If you don’t live in Europe, check out Steephill or Cycling Fans for live coverage.
Update: you probably know this already, since it seems to be old news, but Lance Armstrong has confirmed he will ride this race.
