Not a real action-packed ride today, but the weather was excellent (shorts on for the first time in a few months) and the ‘paysage’ was just nice and bucolic, for the most part. Here is a little olive grove along a gravel road I got lost on. This is looking east and, although my camera couldn’t pick it up, Mt Ventoux (in Provence) is in the distance, about 100 km away.

Then another wrong turn brought me to these two lovely beasts, pasturaly posing…right on cue.

Here is Pic St Loup peeking up in the distance, and closer to the shot a wine ‘Domaine’, I think.

And lastly a shot of my reflection in a little river that will surely be gone in the next few weeks. Water doesn’t stand much of a chance down here once the good weather starts.

I hate you. Shorts??! My rides are still a few weeks away. You people la bas!
Amazing we’re in the same country, huh…?
