I’ve got my Vo2 Max test tomorrow morning and today I followed the rules by having Shoko shave my torso clean. I’d never done this kind of thing before and, apart from being pretty itchy right now, look a little like a chubby version of Neo coming out of the pod. I hope it’s all worth it.

Shoko deserves the props here. Also she should have taken over the blog for this one post and let us hear about it from her perspective. Maybe with some irreverently edited photos, including, for example, sketched-in contact patches stitched in with carpet thread and a sail needle.
